- Next Sunday, 8/21 is officially "Welcome Back Sunday" at HAFBC! This is the time of year when families slow down their travels and come back home as school begins and our church always sees a jump in attendance. Please take this week to call and email old and new friends and invite them to class with you.
- Our first CLASS SOCIAL of the fall will be September 16th at HAFBC. Save-the-date! We'll be having a chocolicious potluck (all dishes must include chocolate/Cocoa) and we will be hosting Pastor Barry and his wife Gay. Childcare will be provided and you have to register for it online at www.hafbc.com
- Men's breakfast for August has been cancelled because too many of the men will be out of town and unable to attend. The next men's breakfast will be the third Saturday in September.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Praise! Elise announced that her sister is having a girl and Elise is looking forward to having a new niece.
- Please lift up the Coughlin's this week because they are not feeling well.
- Please pray for the Smith's this week as they are traveling.
- Praise! The Stark's dedicated Will yesterday during the 10:50 service and will need your prayers as they "raise him up in the way he should go".
