Howdy folks! Welcome to another week! Class was great yesterday and a big thanks to Paul for bringing us the lesson. We've been holding steady at about 19 every Sunday, but yesterday we had 25! What a praise to have so many in lifegroup. Here are the announcements and prayer requests as mentioned in class on June 6th. There is a lot going on, so please read all the way to the bottom.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. TONIGHT, June 7th @ 7:30 p.m. - Girlfriends By Grace accountability group kicks off at Yajaira's house. RSVP to drewyajairasmith@gmail.com.
2. June 12th @ 10 p.m. - CBS Lifegroup Day At The Lake! We are all meeting at Lake Livingston State Park for what ought to be a fun and HOT day at the lake. If you havent gotten the Evite, please RSVP to jnhc99@yahoo.com.
3. June 12th @ 6p.m. - 52 Houses of Prayer, all the members of HAFBC are invited to meet at a church member's house for a time of organized group prayer.
4. June 13-18th - VBS/VBX at HAFBC. June 16th there will be a special time of visitation to the homes of all the kids that made the decision to follow Christ.
5. Beginning in June - Better Together Churchwide Spiritual Emphasis is beginning NOW! For the next six months we will be joining together to discover what God desires to show us through six actions; prayer, fellowship, serving, growing in the Word, sharing and giving. We will be better together.
6. Fellowship Groups - You ought to have been contacted by your host for our lifegroup's newest social event, monthly fellowship groups! If you signed up then you'll be joining three other couples from the class for dinner this month and also in July.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
1. Keep Matt & Tessa in your prayers daily because their son is due THIS WEEK!
2. Jared & Elizabeth asked that we pray for a suitable renter to come forward soon for their house in Florida.
3. Matt & Stefanie will be traveling a lot this summer.
4. PRAISE! Nicole B. has a friend, Brooke, who gave birth a month early and the baby is doing well!
5. PRAISE! Dave's staff infection has healed up and is gone!
